Village by the Sea offers one- and two-bedroom condo-style suites ranging from 954 to 1,260 square feet. All units include full kitchens, living and dining areas, private balconies or patios, and washer/dryers. Two-bedroom units sleep up to six guests, while one-bedroom units accommodate four. Some units feature ocean views. Comfort, Deluxe, and Premium tiers vary in decor and upgrades.

The resort hosts weddings with an on-site ceremony pergola and reception space for up to 200 guests. Packages include cocktail hours, passed hors d'oeuvres, and plated or buffet dinners.
